Salvador Dali; "When did this story happen?" From Le Tricorne, 1959 zodiac Medium: Archival Pigment PrintThis artwork, titled "When did this story happen?", is from Salvador Dali's suite of illustrations depicting Pedro A. de Alacrons Novel, Le Tricorne (The Three Cornered Hat). The suite is composed of 20 wood engravings after Salvador Dalis original watercolors with collage and was published by Editions Du Rocher, Monaco in 1959. The images show Dalis imaginative interpretation of the story about an honest miller who is happily married to a good wife.
