A matching set of Heer Hauptmann shoulder boards, each constructed of white wool white rigid card stock core, trimmed with yellow piping, bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping interspersed with red threaded chevrons, and pinned with gilt numerals 50 flanked by dual pips, both unmarked and measuring 40 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), demonstrating moderate material fatigue and mothing to the wool underlay, in
