It was given to Otto von Bismarck on occasion of his 77th birthday by the Gentlemens Salon Count Bismarck, named in his honour. Measuring 320 mm (w) x 465 mm (h), presenting light denting of the cover, the document being undamaged, yet no longer attached to the folder, remains very fine.
