An Order Of The Pillars Of The State, Viii Class Newly Listed An 1887 Army Temperance AssociationIn silver with yellow, black, white, blue and red enamels, measuring 40. 3 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), intact enamels, dark patina, missing its single clasp, original ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: The actual medal for the 6th, 7th and 8th Classes are exactly the same. The difference is in the number of clasps each has: three on the 6th Class, two on the 7th Class and one on the 8th Class. There is a possibility that this could be a 6th of 7th Class award
