Form). Reinstituted 1 September 1939. (1940 1945 issue). Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of a Wehrmacht eagle perched on top of a wreathed mobile swastika, situated above a trapezoidal plaque bearing a date of 1939 on a pebbled background, the reverse with a central threaded screwpost, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of manufacture by Wilhelm Deumer,
