Kortman) on the support plate, traces of gilt remains, near extremely fine. Footnote: This badge was personally awarded by Tsar Nicholas II, to deserving members of his entourage on the day of the Jubilee, issued to nobility and military officers. It is claimed that the Tsar sincerely desired to have this badge
