Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse with an oval oak leaf wreath with a ribbon on the bottom, topped by a Luftwaffe style German eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a cloud towards the top and a lightning bolt striking the ground, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 43. 41 mm (w) x 56. 23 mm (h), weighing 32. 6 grams, in near extremely fine
