In silver, obverse depicting a Maltese cross within a wreath of laurel leaves, reverse inscribed "MIL. ORDO EQVITUM MELITENSIVM BENE MERENTI" within a wreath of laurel leaves, a Maltese Cross within a circular frame above, measuring 37 mm (w) x 50. 7 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, edge nicks, bruised, contact marks, without ribbon, very fine.
