Constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with blue enameled arms, the obverse with a central blue enameled disk overlaid by a silvered NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, on top of a silvered oak leaf wreath, the reverse with a blue enameled
