Following hand harvesting and careful sorting in the vineyard, the grapes undergo carbonic maceration in concrete tanks for 10 to 25 days. The wine is aged for 6 months, with minimal intervention, resulting in a classic Morgon that captures the essence of the terroir with finesse and complexity.
