Matin Fou 2018 Sparkling ginger and other spiceThis wine has wonderful notes of orange peel, grapefruit, and a hint of tannin that makes it a perfect light orange wine. It spent 2 days on its skins with no sulfites added, so it looks more white than orange but you can certainly feel the tannin!
