Germany, Hj. A Member’s Field Cap United Republic of two Medals of Labour 1965-1989(HJ Feldmtze). A well preserved HJ members field cap, constructed of a light brown cotton cloth. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down sidewalls, scalloped at the front, which are trimmed along the edge with red piping. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a machine embroidered silver grey German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, measuring 30 mm (w) x 30 mm (h) and indicating manufacture up to and including 1939.
