Constructed of silver, consisting of an eight pointed star with multiple quills between the arms of the cross, with an oval central medallion in Gold with a blue enameled field bearing the Coat of Arms in Gold, surrounded by a red enameled ring, the reverse is plain, suspended from a hollow swivel crown and ring for suspension from its period original ribbon, measuring 46. 5 mm (w) x 72. 8 mm
