It shows Prince Eitel Friedrich of Prussia in uniform. Footnote: Wilhelm Eitel Friedrich Christian Karl of Prussia (18831942) was the second son of Emperor Wilhelm II. During the First War, he was an officer, eventually in the rank of Major General, who was awarded both classes of the Iron Cross, as well as the Pour le Mrite with Oak Leaves.
