Made from 30 year old vines grown on clay soils, this naturally sparkling wine is crafted without additions no sulfur, no disgorgement, and no filtration. The grapes are destemmed, direct pressed, and slowly fermented in stainless steel before being bottled just before fermentation finishes, capturing the lively bubbles in the bottle.
