Instituted in 1883. In Gold and enamels, consisting of a double headed eagle in white enamel, the obverse center bearing the white cross, the reverse bearing the royal cipher, marked on rim with former Austro Hungarian goat head Gold mark 1872 1922 with an A denoting Vienna manufacture, unidentified makers mark on rim, measures 25. 5 mm (h) x 12. 7 mm (w), weighs 3. 0 grams, in extremely fine
