Constructed of silver, the obverse featuring raised and slightly scalloped borders, bearing a central finely engraved Reichsluftschutzbund (Reich Air Protection League RLB) insignia, set above a date of 8. 12. 1934., the reverse stamped with the hallmark of M. H. Wilkens & Shne, Bremen Hemelingen, a crown and crescent moon indicating German manufacturer, and a silver content number of 830S, measuring 25. 5 cm in
