Constructed of gilded bronze, consisting of a Maltese Cross with crossed swords piercing the centrepiece, the obverse with pebbled arms joined through the quadrants by Luftwaffe eagles clutching mobile swastikas, bearing a central raised mobile swastika situated within dual circular rings, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, the pinback maker marked with
