It is constructed of white cotton linen with a multi coloured print on the obverse, depicting a black cross patte in the centre, with crossed Field Marshal's batons, and a national eagle clutching a mobile swastika superimposed onto the cross. All four edges of the flag feature a dual ply hem, with the hoist edge
