The main body is aluminum with thick, black leather padding. The padding is held onto the body of the mask by leather straps with brass snaps. There are initials and an date scratched on the upper left side "W. S. U. and W. P. E. 2 66" The piece has retained most of it's original finish and is in good condition with appropriate patina for its age. CREATOR unknown. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c. 1960 MATERIALS
